    Hi,
    
    I am currently planning an ALL-IN-1 v3.0 upgrade, with a customer, who is 
    concerned about additional resource requirements. I have been asked to 
    report on what additional disk space; memory; new SYSGEN parameters; 
    Account quotas etc. is necessary. Does anyone have a comparison between 
    v2.4 and v3.0, which covers these areas, that I could use?

    The Installation Guide gives you the extra disc space needed for an
    upgrade.
    
    On *extremely memory limited* systems, it looks like you'll be able to
    support about 4% less users for equal performance. I/Os are about the
    same or better than V2.4.
