A customer used DECW$TAILOR to tailor off the DECwindows files.
Afterwards, when they started the queue OA$FORMATTER, they got the message
JBC-E-SYMDEL, RMS-E-FNF. By running SYS$SYSTEM:OA$FORMATTER.EXE, they found
that two images (SYS$LIBRARY:IMG$SHRLIB.EXE, SYS$LIBRARY:DDIF$VIEWSHR.EXE)
did not exist. So they restored those images, and OA$FORMATTER could be
started. Now, the customer would like if they need to relink ALL-IN-1 or if
there is something they need to do? The All-IN-1 version is V2.4.
