    Hi All,
    
    ALL-IN-1 Version 2.4, 20/20 for ALL-IN-1 and VMS 5.4-2. 
    
    A customer is running the following housekeeping procedures TRU (Test
    and Repair User areas) and TRM (Test and Repair Mail areas) they get
    the following error message :-
    
    For example in SM_FCVR_MAIL_AREA.LOG1992030320000000;1

    The housekeeping routine fails with the following message in the TRM
    log :-
    
    "failed to complete verification of shared mail areas, contact your
    System Manager".
    
    I had a look at the system wide logicals they were all okay.

    Did you run the Preliminary File Cabinet Test Procedure (PT) to get any
    clues about any DOCDB not found? If not, please do and check its
    logfile.

|  |     Hi Sjaak,
    
    I ran the PT Housekeeping procedure and you were right it pointed to a
    problem with a users file cabinate.  The customer will correct the
    problem.
    
    I forgot about PT thanks for the reminder it was a short and simple
    solution.
