MY installation says the IVP failed when I was upgrading my inhouse
VAX from ALL-IN-1 V2.4 to V3.0. Can anyone explain what this means
and is there something I need to do?

Run the IFP IVP on it's own. If it still fails with the 3 missing files
than let us know. All 3 files CORPHONE, SENDLOCK and FETCHLOCK should
be in OA$DATA_SHARE: - if they're not then it's a new one on me.
