    I have a customer who would like to use Tektronixs x-termnals with
    UCX v1.3a and DECwindows.  Is there a way to startup DECwindows
    on these x-terms from the VMS host system?  The x-terms' IP addresses
    and node names are known in the UCX host database.
    
    Instead of telnet-ing to the VMS system and executing the command
    "SET DISPLAY/CREATE/NODE=nodename/TRANSPORT=TCPIP", my
    customer would like to see the DIGITAL logo along with the USERNAME
    and PASSWORD window.
    
    We would like to use these x-terms as client DECwindows workstations.
