Could someone tell me how to define a function key to
open a DECterm session and to define another function key
to iconize a window. When my customer called the hotline
he was referred to the Xlib Programmers Manual page 273-274.
Unfortunately, I don't have this manual. I'd really appreciate
any help or direction on this one. Thanks - Diane

If you want to iconify a window from within a program then you can use:
void iconify_proc (w, tag, reason)
Widget w;
Opaque *tag;
DwtAnyCallbackStruct *reason;
{
XWMHints hints;
int id;
id = DetermineDisplay (w);
hints. flags = StateHint;
hints. initial_state = IconicState;
XSetWMHints (dpy [id], XtWindow (toplevel [id]), & hints);
}
The MOTIF window manager automatically binds a function key to iconify window
but I don't know which one.
