    Now that the VT1000 notesfile is write locked where is the best place
    for this?
    
    I have a VT1200 that I'm running Lat X-windows off of a VMS5.3-1 MIVC.
    I can crash the VT1200 on a fairly regular basis running VPA 2.1.
    
    I get:
