I manage an MIVC cluster. On one of the sattelites, a 3100, the user
is not able to complete a print screen function. He'll log out and
back in, do a few print screen to one of the print queues. He gets the
messages that it is starting the job and stopping the job. The queues
are working fine. After 3 or 4 successful print screen functions it
stops working. He'll do it but the job never goes out to the queue nor
is there a message broadcast to the terminal about the job starting.
I had him log out then back in and this seemed to fix it temporarily.
Thanks,
Bryan

Does the same thing happen if he captures the screen to a file and
prints the file?

Hi, That is a known bug. Wait for the job to FINISH printing before trying to print the screen again. Or, if that workaround is not good enough for you, ask your CSC to get you a patch called SESSION$IMAGE01_530. Jeff | |||||
