DwtSTextSetSelection highlights the specified area of text in a
simple text widget. When it is called for again, the previous area
is "unhighlighted" and the new area is highlighted. I need to
highlight several uncontiguous areas within a simple text widget at
one time. Is there any way to do this? Any comments or suggestions
would be appreciated.

I was browsing through the DECWINDOWS_PROGRAMMING conference this morning and came across a topic discussing a similar problem. Although I don't remember the exact topic, there was a pointer there to topic 74.* in the DECWTOOLKIT notesfile (CLT::). Apparently there is an unannounced routine called DwtSTextHighlight. Check there and see if that helps. Jay | |||||
