    Hello,
    
    a customer lets FileView run via a Task Object. He manages this
    with the execution of: $ type BIGVAX::"task=vue.com" from a V3100
    which boots from a 8830 running VMS 5.2-1.
    
    Contents of vue.com on BIGVAX:
    	$ set display/create/node=VS3100/transport=decnet
    	$ @decw$starvueecom
    
    Works all fine, but sometimes the created remote FileView process
    simply stays in pending state. I've checked the process count values
    on both sides - hundreds free on 8830 and 23/20 free on VS3100.
    
    The FileView process even doesn't come up when finishing another
    process, other work's ok as well.
    
    The trick with changing the SYSGEN parameter TTY_DEFCHAR2 doesn't
    either work.
    
    
    What else could I have been overseen?
