    Don't know if this is the right place to ask but...
    
    I have a black and white image file and would like to change 
    it to red and white.  Is there a utility out there somewhere
    which can do something like this?

	UTOX can do what you want. it is called the "Pixel" function. See note 2 of CLOSET::UTOX for kit location. -Mike
