    I am having problems with VS3200 on my cluster, everytime decwindows 
    get started on my 3200's they seem to hang, this only appears to happen 
    to the 3200's and maybe one MVII/GPX. I have to do a @decw$startup
    restart and then the users are able to work. 
    
    Does anybosy know the reason for this occurence.
