    Is it possible to read the VMS CD-Rom online documentation
    from a pc running either decwindows or x-windows in a PCSA
    environment??.
    
    Note:  The host computer is a NOT a workstation running DECWindows.

	Assuming you have a PC running the X server that comes with PCSA and a client machine with DECwindows applications support installed, should be no problem.
