    Well, I looked and couldn't find it, so here goes.
    
    Just upgraded to vms/decw 5.3 from 5.1.  When using decwindows mail
    I get the following "Create-Send" error on clicking the send button
    
    "Exceeded Quota".
    
    I running VMS/DECW 5.3 on a VS2000.
    
    Any help???  Also will enter in the DW-Mail conference.

	It means what it says - you've exceeded some process quota (VMS
	unfortunately isn't kind enough to tell you which quota). Most
	likely candidates are ASTLM and FILLM - try bumping them up.

        We have noticed that DECW V2.0 /VMS 5.3 has started regularly
        running processes short of ENQLM.

    Well, .1 was right.  After bumping the quota's all's fine  Thanks.
    
    OBTW, V2.0 is a VERY nice improvement over v1.  Thanks again.
