I believe this went out in favor of XtToolkitInitialize...
though they seem to have retained the stub for portability.

| XtInitialize calls XtToolkitInitialize. This and information concerning
XtInitialize is located in Volume 3 of the Porgramming section Guide to
XUI Toolkit Intrinsics at C-2 under Conversion Notes.

| So where is XtToolkitInitialize documented ?
Is this conversion note all there is ?
Is Xtinitialize part of the XUI toolkit or is it a sop to X10 developers ?
If it is part of the Kit why doesn't it have a full entry in the reference
section ?
If its not part of the XUI toolkit what are you supposed to use instead ?
