| | Apparently, nobody knows. I'll advise the customer not to use
DwtFetchInterfaceModule.

| | This conference is not a customer support mechanism. If you want
    a guaranteed response, use the proper support channels.

| | No, but it is a useful source of information. A bit lean on Ultrix, but useful
nonetheless.

| 1048.4 | Try the UIL-DRM conference... | R2ME2::HARROW | POSIX what? | Thu Jul 06 1989 08:49 | 6 |
| | Since there is a specific conference on UIL/DRM why don't you try there.
You're much more likely to get a response. Press <SELECT> or <KP7> to add
it to your notebook.

| 1048.5 | Requires Uppercase; coding a lost skill? | SDSVAX::SWEENEY | Honey, I iconified the kids | Thu Jul 06 1989 09:08 | 14 |
| | ...Or better yet, use your time to code rather than complain.

    A bit of time spent coding on your part would have told you the answer
    and spared us a lot of time reading your question and the replies that
    haven't told us much.

    In about five minutes I edited helloworld to DwtFetchInterfaceModule
    rather than fetch a widget and discovered that DwtFetchInterfaceModule
    appears to require an uppercase module name.

    Is it a bug or a feature? I don't know, but I do know that the field
    had better re-learn all the problem solving skills it employed before
    1984 when Notes became the substitute for them.

| 1048.6 | You help is greatly appreciated. | COOKIE::HOYT | No, this is Iowa. | Thu Jul 06 1989 16:46 | 6 |
| | Thanks for the info. I thought I had supplied good information, if not I
apologize. I did in fact do some programming -- I posted here as a last resort
when I felt I had exhausted all the combinations. Of course, since I'm in
*Ultrix* support, using UPPER case never occurred to me -- especially since it
isn't required for the other names in the UIL file like widgets and procedures.

| 1048.7 | I think this needs a QAR | CIMNET::SWAMINATHAN |  | Fri Jul 07 1989 12:56 | 7 |
| | There is no use pounding on people like this.

    Obviously why would anybody assume the DwtFetchWidget needs uppercase
    especially when case-sensitivity is implied. Otherwise document it.
