    Hi,

This has probably been asked somewhere sometime, but I
    couldn't find it.

Does Decwindows prevent a second user from logging into
a workstation with the 1-2 user license. It looks to me
as though the session mgr is one interactive user and the
first user uses up the second interactive user. Is this true?

When I try to log in remotely with Decwindows up I get
a message that the license limit is exceeded. This does
not happen when I reboot with VWS.

Is there a way a system mgr can get into the system if the
system hangs and a process needs to be killed, or otherwise
    looked at?

    thanks
    Bill

| DIR/TITLE=USERS reveals, among others, note 646 which has a pointer to
    the complete story.
