    I am running VMS 5.1 with DECwindows  on a MVII/8 plane GPX stand alone
    workstation. When I use VWSLAT to create a DECterm on a remote node.
    The DECterm session refuses to acknowledge any set term/inquire. The
    result is I lose all cursor/keypad key functionality. 
    
    Anyone have a clue as to what happening?? I tried the VWSLAT and
    VMSNOTES conferences to no avail.
    
    A B/W MVII running V5.1 has no problems with the set term/inquire
    function.
