    This is the wrong place to ask this, but...
    
    Of the dozen or so notes conferences that I watch, in the last couple
    of weeks, DECWINDOWS and DECWINDOWS_MARKETING have gone DEAD.
    It seems that new notes are not being recognized as such, either during
    an update, or when I open the conference.  It says 'no more new notes'.
    
    This only happens on the DECWINDOWS and DECWINDOWS_MARKETING
    conferences.
    
    I'm running NOTES T2.0-19 (which even works with 5.1 SDC DECwindows).
    
    Any other noter run into this?
