	Is there any way in decwindows to constraint the size to which a window
can be resized.  I want to put a limit on how small one can resize DECpaint.
Right now it can be made so small that you can no longer see the paint window.
A BadValue error is generated in this case.  Is there any way to set minimum
values for resizing?
