I experienced a crash this morning on a VAXstation II running
DECwindows. This is SDC VMS 5.1 and SDC DECwindows. I don't want
to jump to conclusions, and am willing to work on the dump, but
I need some symbol tables from DECwindows in order to verify it.
All that was running on the system was DECwindows waiting at the
Session Manager login and RSM was doing an image backup of my system
disk (don't know RSM version, but it is an SDC version).
If anyone would care to look at the dump, I can make it publicly
accessible (~14k blocks).

No, no, no...
The access violation is at 80266A20, NDDRIVER is loaded at 80271860
or there abouts. Do a SHOW DEV in SDA. The address will probably
be in a driver, (look at the DPT address and sizes on the first one
or two pages.)
You should log this as a QAR as it may contain valuable information.

FWIW: The access violation was at 80266A20.
XQDRIVER has a DPT address of 80262160, and size of 5090.
That puts the offending instruction at an offset of 48C0
into XQDRIVER. I don't have sources to look at, so I will
QAR this (somewhere). The question is where?
