| From 10...on whenever. That is a.m. We plan to serve waffles, fruit
and bagels, and whatever leftovers from the Grand Party that are
edible. Folks can enjoy the food, chat and do leave in groups or twos
or threes or fours, etc. to do any special activity that they might
enjoy. This will be Wnotes Central for the day so you are welcome
to come and go. Their is free parking at meters all day Sunday, and
the location is easily accessed from the highway so you may want to
leave your car's and take public transportation or walk. We will
provide maps of the city.

Since it looks highly doubtful that I will make it to the party on
Friday night, count me in for this brunch. I will be bringing my
brother.
I know some people have expressed a desire to rollerblade, that's what
I think I will be doing after the brunch. Memorial Drive is closed for
the day (great skating...and down by the Charles too!) and City Sports
on Commonwealth Ave. rents rollerblades. Anyone that wants to join me
is welcome to! Of course, I won't be skating if it rains, though.

Joyce, for the benefit of people like me, who follow maps,
can you include the names of the two nearest intersecting
streets. That makes it possible to find on the map, without
a street number guide.
By the way, I volunteered to make an airport run but have
been sick for the past two days. If someone needs to reach me

| We normally do not post directions to an individual home in a public
forum. And I don't think we should make an exception. It makes it
difficult for the hostess to plan number one and it could create
other problems, if the casual reader would decide to drop by uninvited
at some future date.

| Can someone help me out? I don't know where the brunch is and
thought I'd be getting directions in the mail... I was out on vacation
(I got back a couple of hours ago--you can see where my priorities
are!)
Anyway, can someone call me at home (collect) and let me know? If not,

| Well, too late now, of course, but just for future planning things, I
really think that directions ought to be sent out by mail. Giving them
out at the party didn't work very well - some people didn't go to the
grand party who might have wanted to go but didn't know how to get
there, a LOT of people had no idea directions were being given out at
the grand party and didn't pick them up. In general, directions to
private homes are sent to all who RSVP to the party. Not many people
showed up for the grand brunch - I wonder how many wanted to come but
didn't know how to get there...
Anyway, all is said and done now. Had a GREAT TIME!

| I agree D! the major problem was my system was down for over two days
and when it was back up I was involved in a critical stage of a work
project.
I doubt if anyone subscribes to Murphy's Law as I seem to and the next
organizer should not run into a major gliche like I did. ;-)
