Ummm, no, Ranger::WomanNotes-V2 is members only. As a
moderator you are automatically a member and wouldn't
notice it anyway--it would still let you in while keeping
us out.
Anyway, I changed my notebook to use MomCat:: instead
of Ranger:: for the archived conferences, and now there
are no problems opening them.
I don't recall it ever being explicitly mentioned that
the archived conferences had moved as well.

Please be prepared to change your notebook pointers in the near future.
=WomanNotes= (all volumes) and =DEC_Secretary= will be relocating to
MomCat:: (22021)
The move will take place as soon as I can actually get MomCat up and
running with NOTES installed. (It's quite difficult to go from a pc
to a workstation, especially without adequate documentation!)
