Kathy, Note 374 in the file deals with death and you might want
to read/write in that topic. Also, you might want to check to see if
"The Samaritans" are in your area. Since they deal with suicidal
individuals, they may be able to offer support to you as you deal
    with your friend's death.

    Wishing you peace,
    Ann Marie

| | The death/suicide of a friend is a subject that would also be appropriate for
discussion in QUARK::HUMAN_RELATIONS (hit KP7 or type SELect to add it to
your notebook). There are probably already notes on the subject there,
although I couldn't give you the number(s).
Best wishes.

| | i can feel for you as 2 years ago my godchild shot herself and she
was only 16 years old and it was one of the toughest things to deal
with as to figure out why as there was note or letter and she was
talking to her parents on the way to the hospital and while they were
flying her to boston she told them that she didn't want to die but
the man upstairs had other plans for her and now we live with the good
memories of her short life and her smiling face and we go on for them
godd luck with dealing with as its not easy
