    I am looking for a dressmaker in the area from Boston to Worcester
    to Southern Mass - Eastern RI. I need a dressmaker that is very
    good and RELIABLE!!! I need 2 dresses made, one with a chiffon
    skirt, one with ruffles ("latin-type" of dress). I need these
    dresses for a dance competition I am in at the end of January.

    Please either reply to this note or send me a mail message....

    Thanks in advance....

    Linda

| 299.1 | Dianthe Designs in Worcester | LEZAH::BOBBITT | recursive fingerpointing ensued... | Tue Nov 15 1988 16:02 | 13 |
| In Worcester, on Highland Street (Route 9) (probably around 150
    Highland Street or so, next to Martin's Nu and Uzed Music, and across
    the street from Friendly's) is Dianthe Designs. She has designed
    a lot of dresses, sells dresses, alters dresses, designs and makes
    them to order, etc. I often see the shop lit up well into the evening,
    which tells me she is industrious. I have only been in the store
    a few times, but she has offered to alter a dress I bought because
    I was afraid I'd lose weight and it wouldn't fit (alter for free,
    yet) - and I'm sure she's in the phone book. Her prices are reasonable,
    too.

    -Jody
