The reason you can't access MUSIC is there is a problem
with the host machine DREGS. I sent a note to the Moderitor
Dave Blickstein and he sent me a reply saying he was trying
to correct the problem but was going on vacation and might
not have a chance to correct it before he left. As far as
the ticket goes i'll pass the word.

| I had written to Dave, too. I guess that he must have been sending
a lot of replies (form-note?) for MUSIC. He told me that it might
be a couple weeks.

| NOTES on DREGS has some serious problems with no obvious solutions.
Our group's cluster managers are looking into it, even in Dave's
absence. I'll see if any progress has been made and let you know.

| MUSIC is fixed! (Sort of) The only temporary solution for us is
to just stay on for a couple of notes and reboot.
