    I want to make a heartfelt recommendation to all of you out there.
    There is a book I found recently that addresses many of the issues
    discussed in this notes file.
    
    "The Superwoman Syndrome" by M. Hansen-Shaevitz.  This book, written
     mostly by a woman, but with input by her husband takes a serious
    and helpful look at a lot of the new social pressures affecting
    women and men.
    
    It is clearly written and gives some concrete ways to reflect about
    your particular situation and how to better deal with it.  I won't
    say it's perfect (what is?) but it does offer some relief to
    overstressed people who feel pressured to "do it all."
    
    I found it in one of the DEC libraries, so look around; a copy might
    be near you.
