157.0. "JavaScript: is onmouseover ok in a form?" by COOKIE::MARTIN (Life is tradeoffs) Wed Feb 19 1997 21:39
A question on JavaScript (is there a better place to ask this?)

Is it a bug that an onMouseOver in an <A HREF...> that happens to
be in a form, doesnt run the function when the mouse is over it, when
the same code outside a form works? I have seen this on multiple
    platforms.

This is the way to do flyby help, and it sure would be nice to do it
    in all places, including forms.

    Thanks,

    - Jim

| | Here's an idea to try if it's not already been done:

Make sure all table cells and images have their dimensions defined
    with WIDTH= and HEIGHT= statements.
