    trade in of the foll. s/w lic. :-
    
    1 X QL-071A9-JG VAX PSI S/w on VAX 4300 to be traded in for
    1 X QL-0THA9-AA DEC X.25 Full Func. OVMS/AXP on Alphasvr 1000A
    
    and 
    
    1 X QL-VAWA9-AA VAX WAN Device Drivers S/w on VAX 4300 to be 
                    trded in for
    1 X QL-MVDAE-AA Wide Area Networking Support S/w for Digital 
                    Unix on Asvr 1000A. 
    	           
    Query : Is QL-0THA9-AA DEC X.25 the equiv. of VAX PSI on OVMS/AXP 
            platform &
    	    is QL-MVDAE-AA Wide Area Networking Support the equiv. s/w 
            for the now obsolete VAX WAN Device Drivers s/w on Digital 
            Unix/AXP platform?
