Customer installed a av301-aa in a Alphastation 255. They could not
see the AV301-aa at the SRM prompt but it worked fine under Unix V3.2D
The customer downgraded the firmware to V6.3-2(cd V3.8, from V6.4-1 CD
V3.9. They can now see the AV301-aa at SRM console, and it still works
under Unix V3.2D.
