| | If you look CLOSELY on tha back of the board, you will find a tiny
sticker with 1 point (OK, 3 point...) type on it that says MMTxxx
where xxx is a three digit number. The 4D40T and 4D50T are different.
I can't remember which is which, and I'm on the road at the moment
but I'll look it up and report back.

| | If the board is *in* a functional UNIX system, you can use
    the command /usr/sbin/sizer -gt

If it returns "p00e41091" you have a PS 4D50T
If it returns "p00e21091" you have a PS 4D40T

if it returns something else, you have something else.

On an NT system, you can't tell except from the sticker. File a PTT
and ask that the driver be enhanced to tell you the difference.
