I've been looking for some property in southern Maine and was
told about Little Ossipee Pond, but before i'd consider buying I
need to know how the fishing was, has anyone out there ever fished
on Little Ossipee Pond? I have been told (by the agent) that the
fishing was great, he said it was mainly brown trout and bass, but
he's an agent, and i'd rather hear from some people that have
actually caught fish there. Can anybody help????

A friend of mine has a place on Little Ossipee in
Waterboro,Maine.I have been there several times a
year for the past 10 years and there is.....
Smallies,Largemouths,Pickeral as long as your leg,
Browns,Lakers,Brook trout,lotsa perch,suckers that
I've seen spawning going 10 pounds and supposedly
Salmon haven't caught the later but the locals say
they are there,and a large smelt population and of
course all types of panfish.
