	aerator from BPS for $ 30 or $ 40  it takes about 7 days ...so if you

    looking for some of us N.H. folks to show up you might want to change the
    date. 
    
    I don't know if I like the idea of handing money over to you and
    Pardo!! Because knowing you clowns everyone would show up to the
    weigh-in and you are nowhere to be found...

    This NHerite will not be able to make it.  A NHB tournament is 
    on that day as mentioned.  And even if it were on a different day
    I still probably could not make it.  The odds of me squeezing in 
    another tournament between now and October would be very unlikey.

    There doesn't seem to be a whole lot of interest right now.  So before
    we get more entries we should pick a day.

    The first weekend in Sept. is Labor Day.  That won't be good for

    For you fishing buffs that have never fished AGAINST the LEGEND
    a word to the wise: this guy is awsome.....we fished the A1 contest
    about 3 years ago against the LEGEND, my partner and I the
    BASSASSASIN....well we running neck an neck with the LEGEND at around
    13:00...with the LEGEND having 5 niced largemouths on a string....well
    didnt his partner loose the whole string in the water shortly after
    around 14:00 (no fault of the LEGEND)....by 17:00 the LEGEND had
    another 5 bass on the string , enough to win the contest and take
    1st place....
    Id bet money this guy will be in the money
    He's got $20 of my money for side bets...

    This one sounds like it could be fun, especially when it has so many
    comedians, entered. Count the Warden in, i'm not sure whom i'll get 
    for a partner yet. I also plan on attending on the 30th at manchaug,
    so look out legend, I took the wall on at 22mph and won,the only
    casualties were my partner (motor cover between the eyes in the 
    front of the boat) and a dent in the prop, but the scenery was
    an eyefull. So legend lookout, your not the only lucky fisherman.
    Bragging Rights will have to weight till after the Weighin.

    30th...I'm not going to that Tourney with Pardo...THUS..I won't be 
    spending the night at his house and will have an hour and a half ride
    down to the tourney sight...if I don't camp over....That equates to 
    MICKEYS LONG ARM  going around your watch 1 1/2 times.  Okay..STUPID?!!
    
    If your coming to JUST have fun...why not stop by..DROP off YOU AND THE
    KIV'S  $30.00 and stay just long enough for Pardo and I to tear you and
    your entire family apart then take off and go DRIVE some golf balls for
    the day!!  That sounds like fun.
    
    So, in your last statement your basicly saying win or lose....you'll be
    happy just to hold hands with the KIV all day.  Sounds to me like your

Hay Boys let the legend shoot his trap off.   I recall this happening before
all this horse shit in this notes file before a  tournament that the legend was
going to, and he never even left the boat ramp to fish.....  Then he dropped

   I've been going back and forth with Tadry on some of the rules and we think
it might be wise to short'in things a bit. 

   So, we will start at 7:00 and finish at 1:00.  This way we can have our 
lunch on shore and get everything pulled out of the water before it gets to
late in the day.

   For those of you who do not favor the early ending time.  Do me a favor.
Wait to see what LES BACZKO looks like.....then tell me if you could look
at him for 8 hours at a range of 7'!!  This, my friend....is not an easy 
thing to do.  When Pardo met him...he wasn't sure if it was his face....or if
his NECK THREW UP!

     Yo, LEGEND,
     
       What happened saturday?   You and Mr. DON PARDO were pretty
     quiet  when all the  boats came in for the weigh-in.   I was
     really surprised at how quickly the color in your face changed
     when I asked a simple, but direct question like, "so, how many
     fish did you and your partner pull in".  I mean, it was awful
     nice of you to bow down like that and let the others catch more
     fish, but you -COULD- have allowed yourself to catch at least
     ONE fish.  Not catching ANYTHING opens yourself and your partner, 
     Mr. Pardo,  to catching  all kinds  of stuff  come this monday. 
     Maybe if someone with a boat would allow me to be their partner
     for the trip to Manchaug on the 30th, I could have the privilage
     of seeing you  SKUNKED two times in a row!   Could the LEGEND
     be losing his touch???     (or did he really ever have one?).
     Maybe you should let your son,  LEGEND Jr.,  take  your place
     to keep your title from being bashed and ridiculed as it WILL
     BE!

       I guess the fish in my cooler wasn't that easy to grab
     hold of after all, huh?  I especially like that technique
     you were showing all of us, you know,  around, and around,
     and around... I'm sure you have heard the phrase, "Like
     shooting a fish in a barrel".  I think that fish STILL
     would have beat you even if you DID have a gun... It's
     no wonder that you didn't catch anything, you were trying
     to catch them with a ROD AND REEL!!!  What made you think
     you would be able to catch a fish with this method when it
     was that easy for them to evade you in a cooler?  Now, I
     realize that I had a large cooler, but it wasn't THAT big...
     Maybe someday, if you are a good boy, (or whatever), you
     could be MY partner and if you pay close attention, you just
     might learn something.     
         
       Honestly though, this was my first trip to a DEC tourney
     and the first time meeting any of you from this file.  I
     must admit,  I had a lot of fun.   All you guys are nuts,
     but that is what made it great.   It was interesting to
     meet  the  people that I have  been reading about in this
     file for so long.   I am looking forward to fishing with
     you folks again in the future, only next time, I hope to
     collect MY share of the cash...  I came close this time,
     but next time will be better.

    	How come there was 14 boats and 27 people and the first place
    team only ended up with 162 points?  I think we have been taken for
    a ride here!  27 people equals 270 points with 70% going to first
    and 30% going to second place.  Well, 70% of 270 points is 189 points!
    Where did our other 27 points go to?!  I didn't know there was any
    other item that was slotted for 27 points unless we have to give the
    sponsors a portion of our points.
    	It's not often that I win one of these tournaments so I need all
    the points I can get!  Please make the necessary corrections.

And the autographed I promised him.  Rumors had it, Tadry was at home
taking a nap.

     There were fourteen teams.  One of which, was a ONE MAN TEAM.  At 10
    points a man....that figures out to 270.00... because I didn't have 
    a calculator...and I wanted to make sure that we figured it right...I 
    specificly asked your partner to help me out.  Jeff and I took 50% of
    the 270...which comes to 135...then we took 20% of the 135, which is
    27....27+135 = 162.  Now that I have checked it on the calculator it
    was surpose to be 189.00. 70% of 270.00 is greater than 162.  So...it
    looks like the pay offs were 60/40....for the sake of argument I am
    going to leave it that way.  Bigbird and Todd made out....a few dollars
    more this way....but lets not ruin the good time by haggling over the 
    difference.  I usually get $25.00 for an appearance fee...but I waved 
    it for this event.  If you or Jeff have any other concerns or wish to
    dicuss this further....let's do it off line.

Gentlemen; and you to legend,

	I want to take this opportunity to thank all of who participated in the
A-1 tournament for your donations, a small portion of which will be used in 
upgrading my winter fishing tackle to Polar tilts, the rest will be used in the 
pursuit of more earthly pleasures.
	
	In response to the predictions about our team 'being the most likely to
show the legend respect', it is now even more painfully obviously that it wasn't
'it's' mouth doing the talking, but it was the hole closest to his brain, and 
he was probably sitting down at the time, so the brain was really being starved 
of blood. 'It's' comment today about being really HUMBLED obviously came from 
the mouth, which has somehow miraculously been reattached to the brain, and 
fully describes the legends feelings as he handed out the winners cash to the 
obviously better fishermen.

	This was my first Dec tournament, and I really enjoyed myself. Some of 
you seemed like really nice guys, and I wouldn't mind fishing in another tourney
with you. The Kiver got me interested in fishing this one, only because he is 
forever mouthing off about how many fish he catches, and how big his hawg is etc
... etc (he sounds a lot like the legend !!!) anyway I felt it was necessary to 
put an end to his bragging, and hope I did. But I really don't think anything 
will ever stop the legends bragging, except maybe placing last in one of the all
women's tournaments, which he would most definitely do!!!

	I hope to make the Manchog Tournament on September 30th, where I would
be most pleased, to again, test my Bassing skills against any of you real Bass
Fisherman, except Kiver and legend of course, since all they do is provide the
real Bass fishing community with lip service, when all we really want to do is
concentrate on improving our already well refined fishing skills.

    Jeff, you did okay.  We had a hell'va day.  The Legend talks up a storm
    before,during and after a tournament.  That will never change.  I'm not
    a good loser...but I was man enough to show you the respect you
    deserved on Saturday.  As for being a better fisherman...GET REAL!
    
    No one is better than the Legend.  You keep dreaming!
    
    As for everyone's comments today...thanks....they are mild compared to
    what MY SON had to say...he's not even talking to me!  He said he would
    take over the name....When I let him out of the CELLAR this weekend...

    To the (2) slightly rotund guys in the green short sleeved underwear
    good advertizement for BVD. Like Milton Berle I guess you do everything
    in your BVD's. We enjoyed it very much. From the Warden & Gator, We
    must say you guys put some effort into it.
    The Warden, may have to bow out of the 30th, because of maritual bliss
    depends on the over Warden.

    great MOON on my video camera.  Now I have to compare Lucia's to the

       Jeff, Jeff, Jeff....  You're forgeting that there are people who
    read these notes who fully realize your fishing skills!  If the Kiv
    is such a poor fisherman why have you been incessantly hounding him
    to let you be his partner?  Why do you cross examine him about his
    prefishing?  HE has both the fishing skills AND the accurate records
    to back up what he says.  You've fished ONE tourney and caught enough
    fish to win.  That's great!  Everyone congratulated you, there were
    no poor sports, even the Legend and Pardo weren't as bad as everyone
    expected!  So instead of having a little class about it you use it
    as the only chance you've EVER had to bad mouth the Kiv!  No class!!
       I noticed that Sully asked if you have your feet on the ground!
    That brings to mind something that I WAS going to be nice enough to
    not mention, but since you want to mouth off to everyone I think
    they should hear the WHOLE story about how you caught those four fish!
    The real question is:  Will you ever learn how to stand up in a boat?
    A VERY reliable source said that you went for a little DIP that day!
    No wonder you turned red when I remarked about how wet you got without
    a rainsuit!  I can just see it..... Water surface mottled by the rain,
    stumps everywhere.......Swivel points out a swirl!....... Jeff, intent
    on putting the first fish in the boat, leans slightly.... all his
    senses alert for the strike!...... The boat goes bump against a little
    stump, and there goes Jeff!  Into the water! What dedication! What a
    fishing style!  What a HUGE wave!!  Right out of sight underwater!
    All the bass in the area are terrified!  They bolt around here and
    there looking for a place to hide from all the turbulance!  Finally!
    They find a huge dark hole to hide in where they feel safe!... Swivel
    is ready to panic, Jeff's been under for a long time!... All of a
    sudden Jeff comes up like a submarine surfacing!... He grabs the side
    of the boat and in all the sputtering and coughing he SPITS four bass
    into the boat!!  If his mouth were a LITTLE bigger he might have put
    a four pounder in the boat, but the big one didn't get there till the
    other four were already inside!  It must have been a real good show!
       If anyone DOES pick him for a partner for Manchaug DON'T let him
    stand up!  He almost put the Kiv (who stands in CANOES with no problem)
    into the water once!
       Get a little class Jeff, the only thing worse that a poor loser is
    a loudmouth bragging winner!  The Bass Wizard.......Right!!

	Brian, Brian, Brian, How could you possibly realize my fishing skills,
we've never Bass fished together!!!!!!!!!!!!
	 I never ever eluded to the Kiv being a poor fisherman, all I said was
he occasionally mouths off about how many fish he catches, and how big his
Hawgs are, as I'm sure we've all have done on occasion. So my personal plan for
A-1 was to prove to him that "on that day" I was a better fisherman then him..  
	Why do I incessantly hound him to be my partner, because I enjoy fishing
with him. He's a nice guy with an excellent sence of humor, and I also think
that since his current team is not the team to beat, so to speak, that a change
in partner may bring him some new luck!!!!!!!!
	As for cross examining his prefishing, I find some of his tactics to be
very interesting to say the least, especially..... well we needn't go into all
the specifics, but let it just be known that I find them interesting and even
sometimes amusing........
	As I said, this was my first Dec Tournament, but definatly not my first 
fishing tournament.... There is life after Dec...., And as for publically bad
mouthing my friend the Kiv, why don't you read the statement again with a
positive feeling, like I beat him this time, but maybe I don't want to have to 
try to beat him again, because as we both know, he is a good fisherman, and I 
won't deny that, but he does like to talk it up occasionally......
	Why, when you mentioned the Kiv's balancing ability, didn't you mention
how he has sucessfully put others who visit this notes file on occasion into 
the water besides myself???? I think he has a few of those to his credit too.
	As for you story It goes more like this.... We've already caught 3 fish,
and it's been raining like hell for 30 minutes, and the only thing not wet on 
me is the socks inside my boots. I knew that four fish would win, but I just 
couldn't connect, and since trying to figure out where the fish were using
traditional methods weren't being sucessful, that's when I decided to take a 
long look underwater, and caught the 1-12 in my mouth, you may not realize it,
but my mouth apparently isn't as big as you belive it is.
	Anyway, I didn't feel I was being a "loudmouthed bragging winner", I 
thanked all those who attended, I responded to the pre tourney prediction jabs
with a subtle jab or two, I mentioned why I fished the tourney, and I told 
everyone I hoped to test my skill against theirs again (but I never claimed to
win again, only test skills), so Brian, please tell me.......

     From what I've heard, Manchaug is a Gitzit' kinda lake (albeit sans
    Walleyes). I don't have any luck with Gitzits mahsef, but with all the
    rocks, I bet he will.
