    	My local fishing tackle delear can't get the DAIWA fishing reel
    that I want. Bass pro does not have it either. I have seen it once
    at the FAIR in Worcester, but they no longer carry it. Does anyone
    know how I can get in touch with the company directly, so that I can
    order one ?

    Thanks,

    John

| Northern Bass Supply has (had) a number of Dawia products as of mid
    January, but I don't know what your looking for. Can you be more specific.

| 1347.3 | replacement rod | RANGER::MACINTYRE | Terminal Angler | Wed Apr 17 1991 15:53 | 11 |
| During my recent fishing trip down south I broke a 2-3 year old Daiwa
    rod on a hookset. I sent it back with a note explaining how it broke.

    Yesterday (2 weeks later) I had a new rod on my doorstep. They
    replaced it with a new and improved model - the old one was a Samuri
    and the new one was the Procaster - which I think I'll like even more.

    This was my first experience with Daiwa as a company, so far so good.
