I am going to Spencer Mass. in a couple of weeks with the club I
belong to, i.e. Merrimack Valley Military Vehicle Collectors Club.
Am supposed to be camping on a lake in that town. At this point
I have no information at all. Can anybody help me with this one.
My boat is registered in N.H. Do you know what I need to float my
boat in Mass. How about the basic's... size of lake, depth, any
trout. Thanks in advance!

Jeff,
I live in Spencer, And have fished just about all the lakes there.
Which one are you going to stay on, there are about 7 that can handle
power boats. All of the ponds have ggood to great bass fishin' and two
of them are stocked regularly with trout.
Let me know the name of the camp or lake that you are going to be
on and I will fill you in to the best of my knowledge. To registar
your boat, I do it at the marine registry/tax office in Worcester.
I dont know of other places but I am sure there are.

If your boat is primarily registered in NH you cannot take your boat
legally to Mass.
Sad but true.
See note 1009.
