Give me HICKORY, or give me death. The FAIR and Caldor are a
good bet for cheep chips. Also the infamous...SPAGS if you like
crowds.

| I have shopped around and found there are three kinds of smokers, as
far as the kind of heat is concern:
1. Charcoal.
2. Electric heat.
3. Propane gas.
Which one works the best?

Bass Pro catalog. K-Mart has them sometimes too.

| Best has good prices on smokers as well as the ones mentioned

Something about electric and gas seems hokey, but then again the temp
is easier to control.
Brinkmans are great.
