I was thinking about trying a new place for trout. Can anyone give me
an idea on the areas to fish on the Nissitissit and Squannacook rivers?
Thanks,
Steve

Steve, relative to the Squanacook, you might try parking anywhere
below the harbor ... ie downriver from the store that sells barrels
and other gifty stuff, and also the waterfall. Walk downriver about
half an hour ... that should put you into plenty of great water with
lots of holes and logjams to fish. Best bring plenty of end tackle
because the environment is rather unforgiving.

ps best not for forget the fly dope!
