Yet another question:
There have been some articles concerning the FCC placing beeper
channels 2.5 khz away from many lower RC channels, making them
unsafe.
Would you need to be close to a mobile communications transmision
station to get stepped on, or if you were sufficiently far away, would
your transmitter effectively over modulate any backgroung transmitions
close to your frequency.
if this is a problem, i would guess that the AMA would be lobbying
hard against this proposal, as the cost of just having all the existing
transmitters and recievers modified to new frequencies would be
enormous, not to mention the channel crowding.
