| interesting, this is the third time in the last week I've heard
a negative comment regarding Fish. In all fairness, I must say
that although he seems a bit cantankerous at times, I have never
really had any problems with him like those described above. His
help does seem to leave a bit to be desired, but I have never noticed
any overcharging on his part. Hmmmm, we'll have to watch more
carefully next time.....

| Also, you should take into account that he has been in business,
at the same location, for at least 13-14 years, why he should suddenly
start developing unsavory habits leaves me at a loss. Attributing
these negative comments to his help seems a more acceptable course
of action. I would be interested in hearing about these other
incedents in detail. I don't think the guy should be condemned
if he only pisses people off, look at Ray in Worcester, no one likes
him very much, that I know of, yet people still patronize his business.

| I have shopped at Bob Fish's many, many times. He has
always been friendly to me, as have all his employees. His store
is not the cheapest around, but selection is good and he is good
at getting stuff from product lines he normally carries. An I
have NEVER had even the slightest overcharge.
You are not the first to accuse Bob of being unfriendly.
If it's the person you don't like, shop on Saturdays when Jack
Buckley minds the store. Jack is super friendly.
