I just recently purchased a flat sheet from Fisher RC in Framingham
to repair some damage on the windshield in my cub. They had them
in various sizes and thickness. I have also seen these in some of the
catalogs (SIG is one I remenber), and hardware stores. If these
dont pan out, and you still cant find some, let me know and I'll
buy it for you and mail it.

In a pinch you could probably use the clear acetate such as found
on the 3-hole page protectors used in loose-leaf notebook binders.
It's pretty thin but might get you over the hump, at least tempor-
arily. I'm surprised that yer' local hobby shops don't carry clear
butyrate, acrylic or celluloid sheet stock. You can probably order
it from Tower Hobbies or similar mail order house. Another possible
local source might be a drafting or art supply store. They usually
have such stuff for use in arts/crafts or for making up grease-pencil
charts, etc. In fact, the drafting department at your DEC site
may very well have something you could use.

| | The goodies in the LN03 laser printer refil kit come in a nice
acrylic plastic box, with a nice flat piece for the cover. You
probably would need several for the Robinhood, but there it is!

For the Jeep I bought clear sheets of some kind of clear plastic (acrylic?)
from McMannus Hobbies in Fitchburg. It was available in several thicknesses
in approx 8.5 x 11 size. At the time I think I got all that he had in
the thickest size so you should call first before making a trip (671)342-3248.

    carry it.

Thanks for all the suggestions. Tom's had the stuff.
What got me worried was thet the kid at Bill's didn't know and I
hadn't been able to find it at Fischer's.
