Anyone know what are the requirements for obtaining licenses for
bowhunting in N.H., N.Y., Vt., Me.

Each state can be different where Archery is concerned. If you have a
previous license or Hunter Education Certificate you should be all set.
I believe N.Y. requires a Bow Hunters Education Certificate to obtain a
license. Per the N.H. rule book nothing is required for a Bow Hunting
only license, but they do offer a Bow Hunters Education Course that is
rumored to be mandated in the future.

Guy is correct in his reply that NY does require a bowhunter
education certificate to purchase a archery license.
