My husband is looking for a Brittany Springer Spaniel for a hunting
dog. Does anyone know where he can find one? He would like one no
older than 6 months old.
I appreciate any help you can give me.

Give Pat Perry at Hedgerow Kennel a call. He can be reached at
508-249-7115. He is one of the best Springer trainers in the area and
just recently (two weeks ago) qualified one of his own dogs for the
Nationals. He has great dogs.

You seem to have two breeds lumped into one in your request.
Is your husband looking for a Brittany ? Or a Springer Spaniel ??
They are quite similar in size, shape and color but they are different
types of 'hunting dogs'.
Either way, Pat should be able to get you 'point'ed in the right
direction.

Well, all I know of this dog is what my husband has been talking about.
I was looking for both types I guess.
Anyways, I called Pat Perry and he suggested Ron Stevenson. Ron is
involved alot with Brittany's. If anyone is interested in one of these
dogs, please give Ron a call. What a nice man!!! His number is
603-763-4545 and home # is 603-763-5383. I believe I have found one
already. It only took 5 minutes on the phone!!!
