Did you ever want to hunt deer on Anticosti Island, we'll here's your chance...
My father went on one of these hunts to Anticosti last year and had a great
time!
A friend of our family runs an Outdoor Travel Service, and he currently has
the following openings available for hunting trips to Anticosti Island. These
are some of the best prices around (and they are going fast)!!

Air fare: Mont-Joli to Port Menier = $373/CDN$$ if booked before 4/1/91.
Hunting License: $144.5/CDN$$
Each hunter is allowed TWO DEER. Bow, Conventional Rifle or Muzzleloader may

Anticosti is an island in the gulf of St. Lawrence about the size of
Conn. It is part of the province of Quebec. They also have about a 90%
success rate because of the size of the deer herd. If someone hasn't
shot very many deer this is the ideal place for them.

| Hunters are virtually assured of shooting 2 bucks. A friend of my
dad's hunted there and said they saw on the average between 30 and 40
deer a day.

I also know somone who went this past season and only two decent bucks
were taken. They did see deer but not as much as everyone said they
would, and still paid $1500+.
