Hi, I just left the Acton Headquarters of the Ma. Fish & Game. They are
giving some permits (by lottery) to allow wildfowl hunting on a local
WMA. They are trying to devise a program (using basic) to help make the
lottery fair. They have 10 blinds and are breaking 4 days into halves
and only want a person to have 1 turn in the blind so that everyone has
a chance to use them. If anyone would like to help them develop this
program they sure would be greatful (no pay !). Any volunteers ? - just
send me a note on WJOUSM and I will tell you who to call.
