     A question for you Mainiacs.  First is when is the moose drawing?
    My old roommate still lives in ME. and has applied again.  Second
    If a resident gets a permit, can he pick a non-resident for his
    partner?

	Moose lottery was last Wed. the 14th. I just read the booklet the permit application comes in and it appears that a resident can pick a non-resident as a sub-permitee.
