| | I could not find a general question note so I am entering a question
that I need an answer to here.
Is it against the law in Mass. to track a deer for the sole purpose of
taking its picture? Is this considered disturbing the game?
                                                              Mark

| | I don't believe it's illegal, just make sure your not carrying
a shotgun with slugs. But then again, as an ex-Mass resident,
and knowing the state, they probably require some kind of
    revenue generating permit....

    re .3,

It is not illegal, unless (I think this is right) you are using a
snowmobile, boat, atv etc type of vehicle to track it with. On foot
    you should be all set.
