Sorry none were listed, but the Merrimack is
a superb trip. I stayed at City Boat Works
in Newburyport. Many Fine restaurants can
be accessed by the water and the fishing is
                        well known.

| | The Merrimack is in Mass. not N.H.

If you follow your charts carefully it is indeed on of the nicer
river rides you can take in New England. A small power boat (~26'
or less) can cruise about 15 miles up to Haverhill.
FANTASTIC in the FALL!!!!! (But Please enjoy it and watch your
wake) (Also Newburyport is well worth a visit; but, I recommend
you pass it up as I need the dock space for myself :>)
(Maybe the mouth will scare you off -- at any rate respect it!)

For anyone who trailers -- the Conn. River is very nice and the
is a Public ramp at campground out on Rt.2 that gives you about 20
    miles of enjoyable ride.

                                      See 'em all,
                                                    Lou "Phanta Sea"
