Keyword creation is now enabled in BOATS.NOTE. Please judge
the existing keyword list very closely before adding a new one.
Good descriptive keywords can make access to topics much
quicker while the other side of the coin is that too many
keywords (ie: more than one keyword for the same subject) only
serves to make information retrieval more difficult.
Here are a few basic keyword commands:

SHOW KEY
Set a keyword on a note and add it to the conference...
ADD KEY keyword note#
Find notes by Keyword.....
DIR/KEY=keyword

The powerboats conference is intended for discussion of all
topics related to powerboating. This includes but is not limited
to Engines (even if they are on sailboats :-) ), restorations,
repairs, places to go, waterskiing and laws surrounding boating.
For discussions particular to sailing, such as "What the heck
is a jib?" a sailing notesfile does exist.
