    I will call again, but I just spoke to them last week.  OFFICIALLY the
    exhibit did end last week, but that is just because they pulled ONE
    of the 38 paintings then.  I was assured that at least 30 would
    be on display thru the rest of this month.

    Even if the Monet exhibit is gone, it's still worth the trip
    in if you haven't been there for awhile or have never been there.

	I went three weeks ago to see Monet at the MFA...pretty good exhibit,
	but I thought the Monet exhibit about 5 years ago was much better.
	However, the room that also had other impressionists was quite
	wonderful.  Even though I've seen many of the paintings before it
	was great to see them again!

    Ok folks!
    
    Here's the plan.   Meeting at 7:00 p.m. inside the MFA near the museum
    gift shop (thanks for the floorplan hints Rich!) next Wednesday, April
    12th.
    
    7:00 should be enough time for those of us with crazy jobs to be able
    to get in town in time.  Also, for those that can make it in earlier
    you could always meet for a quick bite to eat!
    
    The MFA is free on Wednesday nights but will accept voluntary
    contributions if you feel so inclined.
    
    The MFA is located at 465 Huntington Avenue (which is Route 9).
    If you are taking the T, you need to get to the Green Line (for example
    from Alewife take the Red Line to Park Street and switch to the Green)
    
    The Green Line forks in multiple directions so be careful...you need to
    take an "E" train (may say ARBORWAY as well) on the Green Line.  Get
    off at the "Museum" stop.

    I'm planning on going on Wed.  I'll be leaving SHR at 4:30 heading up
    495 to rte 2 and into Alewife station to take the T. If anyone wishes
    to car pool into Alewife with me let me know. I'd have no problem
    stopping at Littleton or Acton.

   Tina just called me, she is doing fine and will come to our gathering tomorrow
   at the MFA at 7pm. She is looking forward to seeing us all.

    I'm sad to say that I can't make it tonight.  I was up sick
    most of the night last night, and I'm still not feeling too
    hot.  I don't want to spread my germs and ruin anyone's
    vacation. :(
    
    
    /jen, is anyone from LKG going?  I have a camera in my car with
    about 15 pictures left on the roll.  Will someone bring it and 
    take pictures for me, so I can enjoy your fun at a later date?
    If not, Martina, can I drop it off at LJO for you, and pick it up
    again friday or monday?

    RE:  .38   The "ANOTHER" refers to a lunch I organized at the Hudson 99
    when I was working in HLO.   What started as a little toss of a kernal
    of popcorn here and there got out of hand, I'm afraid.  By the time the
    group was done you needed a shovel to pick the popcorn and crackers etc
    up off the floor.  To tell you the truth I didn't find it funny at all.
    I USED to be a waitress and they deserve better than having to pick up
    that stuff.   /gina was the only one nice enough to stay and help clean
    up.

    on the RSVP list from LKG.    They probably don't allow cameras inside

   I am sorry to hear that you don't feel well. The important thing is now
   for you to get better, not to take pictures of us. ;) There will be
   plenty of time to ban us on film on further gatherings. So take good
   care of yourself, leave work early and.... get better.
