    I have no problem reaching Astronomy.  Try seeing if your system can
    see MR4SRV at all.  Do a mail to MR4SRV SYSTEM, and abort if the link
    makes it.  Or do s $RUN SYS$SYSTEM:NCP and when it comes up,
    NCP>SHOW NODE MR4SRV and see if you can see it.
